Aircraft assistance faster than emergency service providers

THE Curry Kenny Aviation Group owns and operates a fleet of 58 aircraft, including helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, from its bases in Queensland, NSW and WA.
As the largest and most experienced provider of general aviation tourism services in Australia, Curry Kenny’s operations also include search and rescue (SAR), marine pilot transfer, executive charter, electronic news gathering, and
film and photographic work. The company’s marine pilot transfer division has the distinction of having conducted more instrument flight rules (IFR) marine pilot transfers than any other company in Australia (across its three operating bases), and has flown more IFR hours than any other single operation in the country.
Curry Kenny is highly regarded by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority for its ability to quickly prepare and deploy aircraft for demanding SAR missions.
The company stated that, with its 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-weekoperating structure, it was consistently able to dispatch assistance for SAR missions before dedicated emergency medical service providers.
Curry Kenny’s senior management team has extensive experience in operating both single and twin engine helicopters for a multitude of purposes, within Australia and internationally.
